ICF Credentialing for PCC Graduates

Under the auspices of our learning partner, New Ventures West (NVW), the Associate Coaching Course (ACC) and Professional Coaching Course (PCC) programmes are recognised by the ICF.

  • The Associate Coaching Course delivers 90 hours of ICF Approved Coach Specific Training hours (ACSTH)
  • The Professional Coaching Course is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACTP) and delivers 196 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours.
  • On Completion of both ACC and PCC, you will have 286 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours. This fulfils the ICF coach educational requirement to apply for Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credentials with the ICF.

For those of you interested becoming credentialed with the International Coach Federation, this link provides an overview of their process. Note effective April 1, 2014 the credential process changed with the addition of an exam. Additionally, we suggest reviewing the ICF Core Competencies before taking the exam.

Graduates of the Associate Coaching Course (ACC) may follow the ACSTH path to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF.

Graduates of the Professional Coaching Course may use the ACTP path for either their Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC). We suggest you review the sample application (ACCPCC, MCC) before logging on to the ICF website to complete the application.
