What We Are
Established in 2001 in South Africa, the Centre for Coaching is a leading international executive development and Integral Coaching Organisation.
The Centre for Coaching is situated at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business (GSB). The Centre for Coaching is the only coaching body in South Africa affiliated to a business school to have both local and international accreditation. Our programmes form part of the Executive Education suite of offerings at the UCT GSB.
The Centre for Coaching opened its offices in Switzerland in the Lake Geneva Region in 2014.
Who We Are
We are an accredited Integral Coach® Training Institution with renowned certifications from New Ventures West (USA), the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, and the International Coaching Federation. Offering high quality, accredited courses to individuals and organisations that are informed by both academic rigor and coaching practice.
We are an Integral Leadership Development Organisation that helps leaders, teams and organisations to build a sustainable and self-correcting capacity to transform through our integral approach with tailored workshop designs and/or team coaching or 1:1 coaching.
Corporate Solutions
- We consult to organisations wishing to invest in tailored leadership development programmes, (e.g. leader as a coach, coaching circles for teams, leadership imprint, mentoring programmes etc.)
- We design “fast forward” programmes for organisations wanting to embark on transformational culture shifts.
- We offer one-on-one Integral Coaching® or team coaching (e.g. coaching circles) to all levels of an organisation.
- Organisations can benefit from our research capabilities which we are able to conduct through our “centre for excellence” at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate Schoolof Business.
Public & Corporate Integral Coach® Certification Programmes
We offer Integral Coach® certification programmes for individuals who want to earn an ICF credential and become certified Integral Coaches® through our public programmes, as well as for corporates who want to build a coaching culture within their organisation, relying on a credible institution and proven methodologies.
Our Integral Coach® Certification Programmes are well-rounded, accessible and delivered in a pragmatic style, both virtually and in-person.
