This approach generally reduces the cost of coaching and allows the organization to offer coaching services both more broadly and more deeply within the organization. An experiential introduction to an integral approach to coaching. Open to anyone looking to bring basic coaching proficiency into their daily interactions. Your learnings will immediately be applicable in your work and broader life.
6 Months
An immersive experience for professionals seeking to cultivate and integrate coaching competence in their daily roles. You’ll acquire an elegant model of development that is easy to apply and scale.
1 Year
A rigorous programme in which students study and practice the method while engaging in a customised self-development programme. Successful completion of the year results in Integral Coach certification.
